Order Processing and Delivery Time

For eligible Standard (Economy) orders delivered to addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after final artwork approval, when artwork approval is required. This estimate includes production, order processing, and Standard shipping transit.

Time spent waiting for customer-supplied artwork, artwork changes, or final artwork approval is not included in the 5–7-business-day estimate. For an order that is not covered by this estimate, the applicable delivery estimate will be shown at checkout, in a quote, or in your order confirmation.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production schedules, weekends, holidays, carrier conditions, weather, and customs processing may affect the final delivery date.

Shipping Destinations

Shipping availability depends on the destination, product, package size, and available carrier services. If shipping options are not available for your destination at checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Free Shipping

Eligible Standard (Economy) orders qualify for free shipping to delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. No minimum purchase is required.

Free Standard shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, other U.S. territories, or remote island locations.

Priority, First, rush, and other expedited shipping services are not included in the free shipping offer. Applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Options and Estimated Transit Times

• Standard (Economy): For eligible orders delivered to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after final artwork approval, when artwork approval is required.
• Priority, First, rush, and other expedited services: Availability, charges, and delivery estimates vary by destination, product, package size, and carrier service. The applicable option and estimate will be shown before the order is placed.

Available shipping methods may vary by destination and order. The 5–7-business-day Standard estimate includes production and transit; do not add a separate Standard transit estimate to it.

Shipping Costs

Standard (Economy) shipping is free for eligible orders delivered to addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.

Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote locations, international destinations, and expedited services are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method.

International Orders, Customs, and Import Charges

International shipping availability depends on the destination, product, package size, and available carrier services. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient. The recipient is also responsible for providing any information or documentation required by local customs authorities.

Customs inspections, holds, or clearance procedures may delay delivery. These delays are outside our control.

Delays and Carrier Issues

Delays may occur because of weather, peak shipping periods, carrier disruptions, incorrect address information, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact our customer service team. We will assist with tracking and carrier communication where appropriate. Carrier investigations and claim decisions remain subject to the carrier’s policies and procedures.

Address Changes and Incorrect Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you need to request an address change, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for additional shipping, rerouting, return, or reshipment costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information.

Order Tracking

A shipment-confirmation email with tracking information will be sent after your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.
